# Diagnostic

If something doesn't meet your expectations, use the Diagnostic tool to find out what the problem could be.

* Click on the "Diagnostics" Button on the top right.
1. Shows you the respective status for different categories.
2. Jack can fix various categories directly himself.

If you find problems in a category that Jack can't (or won't) fix, double-click on it to get more information that can help fix it.
